Ryan is IJM Australia’s Senior Lead, Strategic Partnerships. 
With a solid background in business development and strategic partnerships, Ryan is focused on expanding IJM Australia’s vision of a just world, through new business development and relationship management. Recently, Ryan helped form a partnership with Australia’s largest bank Commonwealth Bank and Minderoo/Walk Free foundation as well as designing a solution for worker remediation with Diginex and corporate partners.

His previous experience has helped hone his skills in client engagement and product innovation to drive growth and develop marketing strategies which resonate with their needs.

Ryan is passionate about advocating for justice and catalysing societal transformation, and is the core of his professional journey.

Ryan is married with 5 boys, 3 of whom recently finished school. Mad about Pickleball.
